HARDSCAPE INSTALLATION
Step One
After planning the design, we begin by getting our machines and hands in the dirt to cut out areas for the rise and run of the steps, supplemented by grading.
EXCAVATION & GRADING
Step Two
We lay the base material foundational to the stone product we place on top of it with perfect leveling. Polymeric sand is applied to lock it all in place.

The hardscape is complemented by plantings, smaller hard or soft product (crushed stone or mulch), then finished off with a lush softscape, if desired.

Step One
We assess the existing surface, design a new and improved topography and layout, then remove the existing debris.
SOD REMOVAL
Step Two
The surface is excavated of debris then sculpted to the desired level, slope, or contour. Higher quality earth is then added to the soil base, if necessary.

Premium sod sections are installed, soil is augmented with nutrients and fertilizers, and a watering program is put into action.

The Godfreys began building a family on the New Hampshire Seacoast in the fall of 2020. Nolan hails from the Merrimack Valley and spent summers growing up on Seabrook Beach at the family compound. Stephanie, originally a California girl, now loves calling Hampton her home. The family got one of their greatest gifts in July 2022 when “Tiger” Lily entered the world. Tiger and her parents were again thrilled when Baby LuLu joined the team in February 2025!
We are a family that lives to serve others. Nolan uses the trifecta of Firefighter, Paramedic, and RN to bring safety and health to surrounding communities. Stephanie has nearly a decade as a school administrator optimizing student success through her knowledge of databases and technology.
